Prof. Bakh Khoussainov wins Nerode Prize

Bakh Khoussainov is a co-winner of the EATCS-EPEC Nerode Prize for his papers on parity games. The prize is shared with Frank Stephan, Sanjay Jain, Wei Li (NUS) and Cristian Calude (the University of Auckland). The prize is for outstanding research in the area of multivariate algorithms. The award is given by the European Association for theoretical computer science (EATCS) and the International symposium on parametrized and exact computation.
